Helix BioMedix is a peptide discovery and development company. Our intellectual property covers an incredibly diverse range of peptide structures and bioactivities. One consequence of this breadth of potential applicability is that out-licensing and collaboration are integral to our business model.

Our primary thrust is to develop certain applications through the proof of concept stage, relying on an extensive network of business, academic and consulting relationships. We then identify one or more development and marketing partners to continue product development targeted to specific market applications.

In other cases, we provide libraries of peptides for screening by commercial partners exploring specific application concepts, who were then granted a research license to follow up on promising leads. In many situations these libraries are pre-selected to show relevant activities.

Our peptides are designed with cost in mind and commercial quantities are made by established manufacturing companies using proven technology that is reproducible and readily scaleable.
